The Rolls-Royce Phantom is more than a vehicle, but rather a legend in the making. While some models of cars are produced for only a few years, the Phantom has been in production, intermittently, since 1925. The most recent generation is the Phantom VII, introduced in 2003. The Phantom VII has been easily the most popular Rolls-Royce flagship ever built, and was joined by the two door open top “Drophead” version in 2007 and the coupé in 2008. The Phantom VII has ceased production only recently in 2016, and the much anticipated Phantom VIII is due in 2018.
The Phantom VII boasts a powerful 6.75L V-12 engine in either 6 speed or 8 speed automatic transmissions. Each car is uniquely assembled according to the customer’s specifications. This is carried out at the Rolls-Royce plant in West Sussex, where the paint shop, body shop, leather shop, and woodworking shop are all located. The vast majority of the work is carried out by hand, including the iconic Rolls-Royce coachlines, which are hand painted and exactly 3mm wide. The tradition of Rolls-Royce craftsmanship carries on with the latest versions of the Phantom, with no detail overlooked.
The Rolls-Royce Wraith is a powerful car with an appeal all its own. Introduced in 2013, the Wraith comes with a 6.6L twin-turbo V-12 that provides significant torque, easily handling the generously sized luxury grand tourer. Able to gain speed quickly and with the most satisfying sound, the Wraith is a pleasure to drive in the city and out on the open road, offering the highest quality ride and handling.
The interior is the epitome of comfort, with external noises minimised for one of the most tranquil drives available. Soft hand stitched leather, sleek metal, and shiny woods compose the interior, sitting harmoniously together in complete matching fashion. Expert attention to detail has been paid on all aspects of this interior, with quality controls, pleasing lights, and the latest in dashboard technology easily accessible at your fingertips. The Wraith is the ultimate luxury two-door coupé on the road today.
